"Get ready. Get set. Get nuts!"
Surly and his friends, Buddy, Andie and Precious, discover that the mayor of Oakton City wants to build a huge but rather shabby amusement park. However, the city park, which is their living environment, will have to make way for this. Together with the other animals from the park, they have to stop the mayor. They also have to deal with the mayor's daughter and a crazy animal police officer.
