Prom plot
"There are hundreds of nights in high school, but there’s only one prom."
Several overlapping stories are set in a high school as the big prom approaches. Nova Prescott finds herself in a power struggle when she finds herself attracted to a boy who gets in the way of her perfect ball. Her college senior May and Tyler have secrets while others deal with all the insecurities and expectations that come with one of high school's major events. There are hundreds of evenings during school time, but there is only one “Prom”.
