The Road to Christmas plot
Fashion photographer Claire Jameson is stranded in the middle of the United States on her way to her dream Christmastime wedding taking place in Aspen. She can't arrange a flight and she can't get a rental car. This forces her to hitchhike. Tom, a former artist turned teacher, and his 13-year-old daughter Hilly pass by and offer her a ride. None of them realize that the journey is just beginning and that they will all end up in a new place.

The Road to Christmas is a wonderfully light-hearted road movie with a Christmas atmosphere. Jennifer Gray has not improved in terms of acting over the years, but that all fits in with the setting. Great movie!
