Across the Tracks plot
When Billy comes home from reform school, life isn't the same for him as before. He is now an outsider. And he will have to choose, to live his own life. But pressure is exerted on him from all sides by his old buddy, who tries to lead him back on the wrong path. His brother Joe is the opposite of Billy in every way. This leads to a hard confrontation between the two brothers. The running track is where their rivalry is ultimately decided.
