La Hora Cero plot

'La Hora Cero' is the story of 'La Parca' (Death), a feared assassin who is forced to take a private clinic hostage to save the love of his life, Ladydi. When the media and police become aware of this, a media circus quickly develops around the clinic and 'La Parca' is portrayed as a national hero. When he finds Ladydi, however, it becomes almost an impossible task to escape. As time runs out, it looks like the perfect plan will have a frantic ending as 'La Parca' confronts his past mistakes and discovers that his worst enemies are closer than he thought.
