Dívka na Kosteti plot
Young Saxana is studying to be a witch, but has no desire to learn. As punishment she has to be detained for 300 years, but through a magic formula she manages to escape to the human world for two days. She befriends Honza, the son of a zoo director, and attends school with him, where her witchcraft makes for many comedic situations.

Thought it was quite modern, not so old-fashioned. The trick with the arm was probably copied by Saxána from Mister Fantastic (of the four) who may also be indebted to someone else.
Small side note. Grabbing the rabbits by the ears and scruff of the neck does cause unnecessary stress for the animals. I understand that the naughty boys and teacher have to play their part, but still. Fortunately, the witch held the rabbits lovingly.
