Quartier Lointain plot
Thomas is fifty years old, married and a family man. When he returns home after a business trip, he makes a mistake about the train and ends up in the village where he spent his childhood. He returns for the first time in a long time. He takes advantage of walking past his mother's grave. He thinks of her, and of his father who disappeared without a trace forty years ago. Overcome with emotion, Thomas loses consciousness on the grave. However, when he wakes up, his mother's name is no longer on the grave. Is this a dream or did he travel back in time? Since he also has his youthful appearance back, he has no choice but to return to his parental home, where he finds his parents, his sister and his dog. But one thing is different: his father is still there, he hasn't left them yet. Maybe now he can stop his disappearance. But can you change the past by reliving it?
