"Monte Carlo can be hard on tourists. This weekend it's murder!"
Two Americans traveling in Europe find a dog. There turns out to be a hefty finder's fee for the dog and they decide to take him to his owner in Monte Carlo. Once there, the owner appears to have been murdered. They are immediately seen as suspects themselves. An inspector investigates the case and rounds up all kinds of Americans present in the town that he suspects. Including an inveterate gambler and an anti-social couple.
