A mediocre action/adventure/fantasy/horror movie...

Fair story...

Vampire doesn't exist for old war...

Bad acting (incl fake blood)....

Too fast camera movement...

Nice HD quality...

Great background sound/music

(Dolby Digital)...

Not recommended....

Tried this again today.

Actually, the beginning isn't that bad: we see some images of Hitler and then the film moves to a train station with Nazis and a train full of Jewish prisoners (who are nowhere to be seen afterwards). Actually still reasonably atmospheric and authentic looking, but then it quickly becomes more and more mediocre.

This film does not at all live up to any of the expectations raised in advance and that in itself is a contradiction in an Uwe Boll film,

However, initially -before the film was released- the suggestion was made that we would see a Hitler who would turn into a (half-?) vampire and this idea is brought up as a possibility during the course of the film.

Unfortunately this does not happen at all, then filming would have to take place in a city like Berlin and that would of course not have been feasible in terms of production and money alone.

Too bad we don't really get much difference with part 1, most scenes take place in remote houses, or in a wooded area. Many of the scenes also come across as superfluous (sex in the back of an army truck, while you are being taken away by the Nazis to be shot?!!?) and to get the running time over the full hour with difficulty.

Lead actress Mahlte looks incredibly hot in her leather outfit, but like the rest, she doesn't do much acting. And how far Paré has sunk, walking around in this kind of junk.

Jessica de Rooij's score is quite atmospheric and one of the few reasonably positive aspects of this otherwise mediocre production.

Not super bad, but not at all exciting, thrilling or interesting.

A four, or two stars.

Boring and uncontrolled sequel to the film series that director Uwe Boll himself completely took care of, but the cake was clearly up in this last part. The new look of Natassia Malthe looks laughably cheap and the world creation looks particularly ugly, which is only reinforced by the rather lackluster action scenes. Boll once again drums up a lot of his regular cast members and they mainly do why they are relegated to this kind of B-movies, namely disinterested and bad acting. Only Brendan Fletcher has some nice moments, but his character is more or less secondary in this world. Bloodrayne III is especially very tiring to get through, something that is only worse considering the very short running time. Without a doubt one of the worst films Boll has ever made, a real shame when you consider what he is capable of.
