The 'true' story of how Commander Arne Treholt and his Ninja Force saved Norway in the Cold War. In 1983, the men of the Ninja Force discover that a shadow government (that will rule the country in time of war and distress) is planning a peacetime coup d'état. Treholt and his ninjas see only one solution: a firm spanking.
