The Return of Wild Bill plot
"Drilling daylight through killers!"
After a long time, Wild Bill Saunders returns to his hometown at the request of his father. Once there, he learns that his father has been mortally wounded by a bunch of outlaws led by Matt Kilgore. Wild Bill discovers that his father has been shot by Matt Kilgore's brother and Wild Bill kills the brother in a shootout. Matt Kilgore has two of his men pose as deputy sheriffs and they arrest Wild Bill with the intention of quickly hanging him. Matt Kilgore's sister learns of these plans and tries to help Wild Bill.
