Surprisingly good crime film with a very simple plot. The film is told at a pleasant pace and the action scenes are also not edited very quickly for a change. Good dialogues and also a fine cast that manages to achieve the most with the rather one-dimensional characters. Partly thanks to the short running time (less than 90 minutes), the film never gets boring.
For the observant viewer: the scorpion/frog story has been told before in The Crying Game.

At first I thought a movie from the horror series wrong turn that I really like. but this wasn't bad either. somewhat scarface-like settlement scenes.
