It's always a bit of a different genre, Ausie horror, but that has its appeal.

the idea is pretty sick, as if saw's jigsaw had quickly come up with a different plan.

but this film has a lot less gore than the Saw series.

It starts off a bit slow, but the acting is good, and the twist at the end was quite well-found. And for a horror film, it even had a "happy" ending.

In any case, it couldn't really appeal to me, just not enough.

The Clinic is a typical Australian thriller. The atmosphere is well-presented and the acting is decent. Tabrett Bethell is convincing enough, and several supporting roles were also quite good. The main problem, however, was the screenplay. The story is certainly captivating, but some things felt rather strange and improbable.

But all in all, I definitely enjoyed myself.

Average.

Australian and horror aren't usually a good combination, and this was just one of those. A tame, poorly acted film.

The only one who could act a bit was Whitfield, but he only had a small role. Sadly, it was Whitfield's last, who died a year after the film at the age of 40.
