Clark Stevens is a young medical student who decides to do an internship at Cunningham Hall, an institution for the mentally disturbed, also known as the 'Madhouse'. Clark soon becomes familiar with his job, but one day when he sees a shadow of a little boy, he begins to doubt his own mental health. When Nurse Hendricks and Doctor Morton are brutally murdered, Clark sets out to investigate. No one at the institute would ever be able to commit such a murder except Ben. Ben not only knows who or what that ghost is that Clark saw, but also knows the identity of the killer.
