Fang Zhi Gu Niang plot
"Diagnosed with cancer and unable to afford treatment, a woman decides to leave her unhappy marriage search for her first love in Beijing."
Li Li is a worker at the Xian textile factory. She is also a member of the factory choir, which sings traditional Soviet songs of the revolution. One day she is told that she is terminally ill. At first she doesn't know what to do anymore, but when the news has settled a bit, she decides to make the best of her remaining life and to travel. In Beijing, she bumps into Zhao. Ten years ago, Zhao was her boyfriend, but then he was transferred to Beijing.
