No, this is completely wrong here. Actors rarely manage to make me laugh because of the bizarre scenes that pass by. Too much humor that I don't like, silly jokes and I know a lot more.

Too bad, in recent years many comedies have revolved around underpants humor or sexist clichés. Maybe better next time with another fun comedy.

A bizarre teenage comedy. You feel vicarious shame for the big names on the bill. Natalie Portman apparently took the job because the production of Black Swan was delayed. So she signed up for Your Highness for financial reasons. But if Black Swan did get around, she was stuck with this project. Great timing this movie. Not just Natalie Portman's contrast with Black Swan and this movie. James Franco was nominated for an Oscar in 127 hours. Zooey Deschanel was nominated for a Golden Globe in New Girl. Charles Dance played his part in Tywan Lannister in Game of Thrones. The difference in acting with all those actors is striking.

The whole has a light-hearted story and is related to the sex jokes. It doesn't matter if they're fun, but it's more likely to captivate a teenage audience that's chuckling because a prank is being made about a dick. Here and there the joke works, but the whole is not really good. To think there were plans for a Natalie Portman spin-off, which fell through due to poor box office results and critical acclaim. How surprising...

Okay. A parody. But a parody that doesn't really dare to look for absurdism, but actually also wanted to be a fantasy film. So a bowl of banality is thrown in, because that must be hilarious. Not so.

So, despite the cast and budget, it's neither fish nor meat, and pretty much salt-free. Halfway through the movie I realized it wasn't going to get any better, but hey, just amusing enough to sit out.
