Kinatay plot
"Journey into darkness."
Peping, receives police training and is recruited by his schoolmate Abyong to work part-time as an errand boy for a local syndicate that collects protection grants from various companies in Manila. The money that Peping easily earns with this, he mainly spends on his girlfriend Cecille, who is also a student. Peping decides to marry her, but in order to do that he needs more money. Abyong contacts Peping to participate in a special project that will allow him to earn more money than usual.
