"THAT grinning, toothy, banjo-playing BRITISH Ace of Comedians, is here again...and in more trouble than ever!"

George is the clumsy stable assistant who manages to calm a horse and therefore qualifies to ride it in the race. He wins, of course, despite all the obstacles. He also has a hard time dealing with a policeman's bully.
