After the fall of Shadaloo, things calmed down and everyone went on with their daily routine. But now a new evil is on the way, and the fighters faced with Shadaloo must once again prepare for battle. Meanwhile, a mysterious detective with a hidden agenda tries to reach Ryu at all costs, who is apparently an important puzzle piece in the rise of the new evil.
