Hoshi ni Negaio plot
During the long hours spent in the ICU, Sister Kana Aoshima befriends musician and patient Shogo Agami. Shogo can no longer speak or see after an accident. The friendship between nurse and patient soon transforms into deeper feelings for each other. Fate strikes and Shogo dies, but "higher realms" give him the opportunity to return for a period of time, though he must keep his identity hidden from Kana.
