Jazbaa plot
Single Anuradha Verma, Anu for short, is a successful criminal lawyer. One day her daughter is kidnapped. The kidnappers do not demand a ransom, but want Anu to exonerate a man who is about to be sentenced to death for raping and murdering a popular young artist. The main problems for the lawyer are that there is almost conclusive evidence against the suspect and that time is running out, because the verdict in this lawsuit will take place in four days. Anu seeks help from her old friend Yohaan, a police detective who has been temporarily suspended on suspicion of corruption…
