Cleon "Slammin'" Salmon (Duncan) is a former heavyweight boxing champion. Now he owns a restaurant in Miami. Because he has debts to the yakuza, he organizes a competition for the waiters. Whoever makes the most money in one night wins $10,000. The loser will face the champion.
