Shisha no Teikoku  plot

"The dead will inherit the Earth."

Watson is a young scientist who can bring dead bodies back to life. In an alternate past, it's a science that Dr. Frankenstein conquered the world. Resurrected dead are mainly used as slaves. Watson's personal investigation is not legal, but because he turns out to be such a talent, the British government hires him to undertake a secret mission.
