The contact-obsessed, extremely dull Secretary of State, Simon Foster (Tom Hollander), has caused a stir in the media, much to the anger of his superiors, by accidentally broadcasting a possible attack on the Middle East. Pff incredibly ad rem .., wonderful dialogue duels with the highlights between Malcolm and the general. Also nice when they walk around in the hallways with the Americans, suckers 
The hyperactive intro took some getting used to, but afterwards I enjoyed all the characters and whoever is in control, very high joke density. It was also over before I knew it despite the more than an hour and a half, but 4 * I think is just too much for this trick.
