The detective Ryu Saeba (Jackie Chan), who has more eye for women than for the cases he has to solve. Ryu is hired by a Japanese businessman to track down his daughter. When Ryu finds her aboard a luxury cruise ship, it begins an insane adventure. Horny detectives, a sadly evil pop group and a few dozen terrorists are just some of Ryu's problems.
