Turk 182! plot
"Who said you can't fight City Hall?"
Jimmy Lynch starts a one-man graffiti guerrilla war against the city out of anger over his older brother being denied benefits after being disabled during a fire service rescue operation. At the same time, Mayor Tyler becomes embroiled in a political scandal in which he denies any involvement. Jimmy's 'Tyler Knew, Turk 182' graffiti and his growing popularity with the public seriously embarrass Tyler and he orders the local hermandad to find this unknown aerosol artist, if necessary at all costs.
