Dark Storm plot

At a secret military base, a number of scientists are working on a secret weapon called 'Dark Matter'. This weapon is connected to a satellite and is able to control the weather. But due to a computer malfunction, the scientists lose control of the satellite and 'Dark Matter' begins to take on a life of its own. Gigantic storms and terrible lightning strikes are the inevitable result.
