"Torch and tomahawk!"
It's 1853. The US just bought southern Arizona, part of Mexico's territory. Cavalry Major Tom Burke is sent to Tucson to make peace with the Native American tribes there. Tom is successful with this with the Apache chief Cochise. But now that Cochise has his hands free with the whites through the peace sum, he goes to war against his archenemies the Comanches; especially now that their chief Red Knife doesn't want to sign the peace treaty.
