"Most wars last years. This one has to be over by dinner"

In South West Ireland, two rival groups of children from different villages attack each other with slingshots and sticks in the pursuit of the opponent's knots. After each battle, the war machine becomes more sophisticated. Everything is settled until both sides no longer know where the rivalry comes from. External threat in the form of parents pushes the leaders into peace talks.
