"Infiltrate and deceive."
The late 1920s. The independent organization the Heroic Corps fights for Korean dependence during the Japanese occupation, not shying away from using violence. A Japanese police officer, born in Korea, used to be a member of this organization. He is torn between his job as an agent and his former movement that has a greater purpose.
