In Search of a Midnight Kiss plot
It's Dec 31. Wilson, 29, has just been living in Los Angeles for a few months and is hopelessly lonely. Prompted by his best friend, he searches the internet for a date for New Year's Eve. He places an ad under the name 'misanthrope seeks misanthrope'. A young woman, who is also looking for a suitable date to end the old year by holding a kind of audition, responds to his advertisement. What follows is a day when old things are settled and where work is done on a new beginning for the new year.
