A big movie buff tries to pull out all the stops to recover the original print of an infamous slasher movie. Together with two friends, he ends up in a dark forest area, where the film is said to have been shot. But then the trio discover that this infamous slasher's filming days never end and that they must do their very best not to be part of the film.

What a crazy person dude. It sure is brutal, but it takes a long time before they really get through the documentary mess. Actually it took too long, the video sometimes arrives original, but hey. Still.
The killer itself looked quite menacing, especially at the beginning after that I saw him again. That blonde was super annoying from the start. Sandler was pretty good and everything else was ok. The kills are pretty brutal and well portrayed.
Doable in the end, but takes too long at the beginning.

Pretty average horror piece. The story is standard, but is still somewhat nicely developed. The twists in the story are not really surprising. The film also looks good. The film contains enough gory and sadistic scenes and is sometimes a bit exciting. The acting is mediocre. Certainly Monk plays a very weak role. Visually, the film looks pretty decent. Tight enough. 2.5/3.0
