Dark Amazon plot

A group of scientists is about to develop a drug that works to cure cancer. A number of filmmakers follow them as they make their way through a rainforest in Brazil. But then the samples of the drug disappear and the whole group is stranded. They will now have to find a way that leads them back to civilization.
