When Casey Cantrell's mother dies, her last wish is for her daughter to deliver a letter to Lord Richard Bredon who lives in Britain. Casey arrives in London, but Lord Bredon denies ever knowing her mother. While there, Casey meets Lord Bredon's son, Michael, and falls in love with him. If Lord Bredon finds out about this, he'll be furious. He thinks Casey wants to blackmail him this way and starts an investigation into her. Problems arise when it turns out that Casey may be Michael's fake sister.
