Etsuraku plot
Wakizaka, a teacher, murders a man who raped a young student, Shoko, at the behest of her wealthy family. He is in love with Shoko and wants to have her for himself, but he can't because he is of a lower rank and not rich. An official who has just knocked down 30 million yen witnesses the murder. Knowing that he will go to jail, he makes a deal with Wakizaka, whom he asks to keep the money. If he does not agree with this, the official will go to the police. Since Shoko has already married someone else in the meantime, Wakizaka decides to enjoy life and spend the 30 million.
