Where the Devil Dwells plot

1989. Lenard Vasquez - the son of a serial killer - is released from a mental hospital and placed under house arrest. He finds himself under the watch of a sadistic sheriff who follows his own rules. However, Lenard is plagued by strange happenings and thinks there may be a dangerous cult behind it. Unable to find out exactly what is going on due to his mental illness, he enlists the help of Mitzi, a local student. But then Lenard's father threatens to come back into his life and start killing again...
