The loiterers of Dexter's gang are always looking for kicks. If you come across them, you're out of luck. The residents of the suburbs have a lot to choose from, but no one intervenes. A crippled man is forced to run for his life, a child is dumped in a trash can after the pram is knocked over and a group of teenage girls are blackmailed after being assaulted at a party. But Doug, an outsider is cut from a different cloth and won't be messed around with. One of the gang members is after him and pushes a smashed bottle into his chest during a fight. Doug doesn't give in and the gang looks for a drastic solution to take him out.
