At the opening scene my mood started to sink so much that I hardly felt the desire to continue watching this thing. In the end, I kept sitting through this film with the hope that there were still a few scenes that would still be somewhat tolerable. I was very wrong about that. In fact, the film is quite terrifying from the very first few minutes. Not in the sense that it is meant here in Anaconda III, that is. The snakes are so laughably poorly rendered that you actually wonder why the hell this was allowed to see the light of day. The story is also hopelessly outdated what this film is about. We have seen it all so many times and even better!

Well .. It is often the same with these kind of bloodthirsty animals. The beast often/usually has to die at the end, but there is always a sequel. Obviously these people just can't stop with another part, and another part. So you can almost get the impression that they are coming with part 22 in 20 years. Worthless sequel. Just very bad. I had to look for the tension for a long time, but it wasn't there. Acting is bad, also that of Hasselhoff. The rest of the movie is just ridiculous. Well a 1.0, but still for Hasselhoff.
It also strikes me that the bloodthirsty beasts used to look even better.

Coincidentally picked up this film, because it came by on television.
Not exactly a good movie, but that was to be expected, since the previous part was already very weak. The only thing that could really make these kinds of movies fun is a not too serious approach with humor. Unfortunately that doesn't happen here. They make a bland story out of it, with annoying stereotypical characters and very mediocre special effects. That snake looks ridiculously fake.
It's just a matter of waiting for the characters to get involved. Those kills are sometimes nice and in fact the only positive thing in this story. I do wonder what kind of story they have in store for the fourth part. I suspect something like a 200 meter long snake, moving at the speed of light. That would be a spectacle.
