Tried this movie once and was pleasantly surprised by this movie. Still, interestingly presented with the three storylines. The film also has a surprising ending.

The cast did a great job and came across convincingly, despite the fact that they were almost all characters with a corner.

Still worth seeing.

This in itself is not a bad movie. The story is fairly well put together although the dialogues are sometimes a bit strange, of course that also has a reason. I only know Julia Ormond from Legends of the Fall. Been a beautiful woman but unlike a Halle Berry or something, it has decreased sharply as she gets older. The chemistry she has with Bill Pullman is minimal. No, I didn't find that very believable, but well Bill Pullman played very strange. I've never seen him play like that before so I suspect that's how his character was meant to be portrayed. Jennifer Lynch does make a more accessible film here compared to most of her father's films.
