Circunstancias Especiales plot

Héctor Salgado returns to his native Chile after 30 years in exile in the United States. Armed with a camera, he confronts the people who imprisoned, mistreated and murdered his friends. A personal quest for answers and justice many years after the 1973 coup. This quest also reveals political and social obstacles that contemporary Chile faces in order to overcome its brutal history.
