The film looks nice, other than that there is little positive to say about it. The story is a bit confusing at first, but ultimately makes no sense. The story is also presented in a pretentious manner, which makes the film quite annoying over time. The climax, where the monkey is already out of the picture, is best skipped, although that actually applies to the entire film.

This was still a special film. The first hour is quite mysterious and I didn't immediately know what to think of it, but in the last half hour everything becomes clear and I thought it was a nice film. It is certainly original.
The cast also did well and visually it was also great.
Perhaps not an accessible film because of the first hour, but nevertheless I still thought it was worth watching. If you want to see something different, you've come to the right place.

Extremely boring, excruciatingly slow and nowhere with a spark of energy, which made it a really dozing experience for me. So much so that my attention often waned and, to be honest, I didn't understand the film at all. And because I didn't understand anything about it (and didn't want to understand it), the film became even more boring and the spiral continued downwards. In short, I couldn't do anything with this at all. Not the lowest score for the always nice Green and the nice production design. 1.0*.
