"and Featuring the Most Beautiful Girls in the World"

Hollywood's newly elected trusty Mayor Jones celebrates his victory over the corrupt fellow candidates at Earl Carroll's nightclub. However, defeated politician Steve Kalkus has had Earl Carroll and some of his associates kidnapped to discredit Jones. But Earl Carroll's assistant Ramona Lisa and her impresario Barney Nelson still put on a show, with the help of the remaining staff. Meanwhile, a kidnapped juggler tries to escape his captors with Earl Carroll
