Alerte au Deuxième Bureau plot

Professor Verdier has discovered the means of electronically reaching the brains of potential attackers at a distance. Thus any air raid will be able to be paralyzed. The professor secretly works in a heavily guarded laboratory. One night when he has brought documents home, his formulas and his invention are photographed: the Second Bureau is immediately in a state of alarm. In Orly, a mysterious traveler is murdered in front of the police. It turns out that the labels on his luggage have changed. The scene of the crime is thoroughly investigated and the identity of the unknown is discovered: it turns out to be someone who was ordered by the chief of the Second Bureau to photograph the documents of the professor, but who himself belonged to a spy gang.
