Lucky Jo plot

Lucky Jo and his three friends are petty thugs trying to make a living from petty theft. But they are never lucky, because always something unpredictable happens to Jo and one of them gets arrested. While Jo is in jail again for a while, they decide to do it without him from now on. Lucky Jo decides to help them secretly... and that causes another accident.

He is a bit of a bad luck bearer this time, but his fists and other fighting techniques are on point.

The first twenty minutes are dull and barely manage to make you smile, but then the real Lemmy action comes out, with the policeman being ridiculed in keeping with tradition, and "Jo" showing his good heart. Don't forget: il est aussi un peu sentimental.

All in all a pleasant reunion with Eddie Constantine, although this is certainly not Deville's best film (this filmmaker has never really made any top films)

It was also nice to see Françoise Arnoul, who will remain in my memory as the temptress from "Le Fruit Défendu", with, yes, Fernandel.
