Forbidden plot

After the war, Jim Harding would like to work in which he can use his knowledge of chemistry and chemistry. His wife Diana, however, has other plans for Jim, after which their marriage is on the rocks. When Diana, who is secretly dating another man herself, learns that Jim has a crush on Jane, a beautiful candy seller, she refuses to approve their divorce.
