"It's out of this world."
Ti (Stephen Chow) is a poor Chinese worker who works all day as a construction worker so that his son can continue to attend an expensive elite school. As a result, he is unable to buy nice clothes or new toys for his son, Dicky Chow. When he desperately wants a CJ1, the most popular toy of the moment, his father can't buy it for him. Ti tries his luck at the garbage dump, hoping to find something beautiful there. He discovers a spherical object that he takes for his son and calls it CJ7. When the orb suddenly takes on the shape of a strange kind of pet, Dicky can't believe his luck.
