After years of living in New York, Ariel returns to Buenos Aires. He goes there to introduce his girlfriend to his father, but she decides to stay in New York at the last minute because she has an audition. Usher, Ariel's father, proves too busy for him, but takes advantage of his presence to use him for his charity for the local Jewish community. This brings Ariel into contact with all kinds of colorful figures.
