After an economic crisis, Ah Jie lost everything he owned on the stock exchange. He now sits at home alone in his apartment, smoking joints all day and tending to the marijuana plant he secretly grows in his wardrobe. In his desperation, he calls a helpline for suicidal people. There he is helped by Chyu, whom he falls in love with because of her warm and sweet voice. He keeps calling her, hoping she'll take him out. Meanwhile, Ah Jie projects his fantasies about Chyu onto Shin, the girl who works in a nut shop down the street from him. Shin always wears sexy clothes to attract male customers.
