When the monsters are pulled into the school pool, they are transported to an underwater world full of coral and flowers. However, Lagoona is not there for the sights. She realizes they have arrived at her home and embarks on an emotional mission. She must confront her former nemesis who bullied her, accept her own bizarre flaws, win an aquatic dance event and fight a terrible beast.
