Le Vampire de Düsseldorf plot
Germany at the end of the 1920s. An oppressive and heavy climate weighs on the country. The money has almost no value anymore and there is sore unemployment. The degeneracy is spreading. The city of Düsseldorf lives in agony. A sadist attacks and brutally kills women. He takes pleasure in telling the police about his crimes afterwards. Anna gets to know a worker, of impeccable appearance. But then she discovers a letter he wrote to the police.
